Online Roster Signup Information Page

At the Martinez Bocce Federation we are encouraging teams to signup online before they come to the GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING. FEBUARY 7th, 2012. This way you can turn in a clear printout of your Team Roster and we can avoid mispellings of Team Names and Players.

We currently have a form where you can signup online and print your results. The link can be found at the bottom of this page. If you would like to save your form as a PDF file and print it out later, you can download this free software called CutePDF Writer. This is free software. The link to download is below along with instructions to install and use:

Instructions on installation of CutePDF Writer:
Click on the link above and SAVE to your computer (i.e. Desktop, My Documents, Temp folder)
Once download is complete, find and double click the file to launch the installation
Use all the default settings during setup and complete the install

Directions on using CutePDF Writer:
When you want to save your form as a PDF (after you have filled it out)
Choose File, Print Preview from your browser menu and choose LANDSCAPE orientation for the page and press Print
Choose CutePDF from the list of printers available (you may have to scroll backwards to find it) and press OK
You will be asked to the location to save your PDF file, choose a location and click Save.
You now have a local copy of your Roster Form that you can print out at a later date
(It is recommended to print out a hard copy of your Roster Form along with your digital copy)

Directions on Printing the Roster Form to your home printer:
Please fill out form and print using "landscape" orientation and bring to the General Membership Meeting.
In Internet Explorer - Use "Print Preview" to view and change your orientation from Portrait to Landscape before printing.
After Landscape orientation is chosen, press the Print button and print to your local printer.
After printing, please sign as the Team Capo and bring to the General Meeting.
